The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the field of technopedagogy has led to a change in the pedagogical paradigm to move from an instructivist educational context to a socioconstructivist environment. The level of this passage is explained by the degree of integration of ICT in education. Thus, this paper aims to estimate the ICT integration by university teachers in Tunisia by using the “Visi-TIC” vignettes for technical and factor analyzes. Results based on the index of correspondence criteria and the proximity distance show that the integration of ICT in Tunisia’s higher education is still in a relatively incipient phase.
